Guidance Advisor Terms of Service

**Terms and Conditions – Logyify India Guidance Advisor Program**

By signing up to become an affiliate in Logyify’s Guidance Advisor Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please carefully read and understand these terms before proceeding. These terms constitute a legal agreement between Logyify India, having its office in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and you (the guidance advisor).

**Terms of Service and Account Registration**

1.1 To complete the sign-up process for the Guidance Advisor program, you must provide accurate information, including your full legal name, valid contact number, email address, and other necessary details.

1.2 To participate in the program, you must be at least 18 years old.

1.3 This agreement shall be governed, constructed, and enforced in accordance with Indian law.

1.4 Each account is intended for a single legal entity or user. Sharing account details is prohibited.

1.5 You are responsible for the security of your issued usernames and passwords, including those of any referrals.

The approval or rejection of an applicant is at the sole discretion of Logyify India. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate program application, and there is no legal recourse against us if your Guidance Advisor program application is rejected.

**Guidance Advisor Responsibilities and Restrictions**

a. You will promote Logyify’s services to the best of your abilities.

b. You commit to maintaining all websites, social media accounts, and newsletters used to promote Logyify.

c. You will adhere to all applicable privacy, copyright, and other laws regarding your website at all times.

d. Logyify may not be mentioned or promoted on any platform containing deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, violent, unlawful, harassing, hateful, or pornographic content.

e. Any form of spyware, malware, trojan, tracker, virus, or similar software is prohibited in connection with the program.

f. As we follow a two-tier affiliate scheme, you can hire a referral to promote our brand’s products or services. You are responsible for monitoring your referral’s compliance with all guidelines.

**Logyify’s Rights**

– You grant us permission to monitor your website for compliance with our Guidance Advisor Terms and Conditions and to notify you of any necessary changes.

– Logyify reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program for guideline violations.

**Pricing Policy and Service Availability**

– Prices for services offered under this program will be determined according to our pricing rules. Prices and service availability are subject to change.

**Guidance Advisor Commissions**

a) A commission is payable when a customer purchases our product/service through your promotion.

b) The commission rate is fixed at 18% per successful referral made via the Guidance Advisor.

c) Guidance Advisors are responsible for applicable taxes and levies. A 5% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be deducted. Form 16 will be provided at the discretion of the firm.

d) Commissions are not earned on fraudulent payments or from unregistered Guidance Advisors.

**Payment Processing**

– Commissions or compensation will be processed and credited by the 20th of the subsequent month following the completion of the sale.

**Agreement and Program Duration**

This program starts upon approval of your application and ends upon termination by either party. You or Logyify India can terminate this agreement by providing notice via email. Logyify India retains the right to terminate the program, with legitimate unpaid revenues reimbursed upon program conclusion.

**Liabilities**

In the event of a breach of these terms, we are not liable to you or any third party. Our sole liability will be the total commission due to the Guidance Advisor.

**Causes of Agreement Termination**

Your Guidance Advisor position may be terminated for:

I. Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).

II. Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).

III. Criminal activity-promoting websites or domains.

IV. Violation of Logyify India’s intellectual property rights.

V. Falsifying the relationship between us.

VI. Fraudulent transactions.

**Modifications**

We may modify these Guidance Advisor Terms at any time. You agree to review and be bound by changes unless you choose to terminate your participation.

**Miscellaneous**

You represent, warrant, and agree that:

– You have read and understood these Guidance Advisor Terms and may seek legal advice.

– This agreement doesn’t create a partnership or joint venture; each party is independent.
